About We Lift Things

Who are We Lift Things and how did the company start?

We Lift Things was built by Martin to handle work that demands strength, precision, and follow-through. With a background in fitness and a lifelong passion for lifting, he saw moving as more than a job. It is problem-solving under pressure. Living and working in Jackson Hole, he recognised the unique demands of the valley and built a moving company specifically equipped to handle handle them with care. Today We Lift Things is known throughout Teton County for taking on complex moves, specialty item handling, and large estate relocations that other moving companies cannot or will not do.

All long-distance moves are verified through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

When vetting any mover, check the Better Business Bureau for complaint history — it is more useful than star ratings alone.

When you call, Martin or Amrah picks up. When we show up, it is our crew. No call centers, no subcontractors, no surprises. Real people do the work and real people stand behind it.

189 and counting. Every one of them was earned one job at a time. That is the standard we hold ourselves to on every move, including the last one of a long day.

Yes. You will know the quote before we start and the timeline before we arrive. No surprises. If anything changes on the day we will tell you before we act on it.

Yes. We are fully licensed and insured for both local and interstate moves throughout Wyoming and across state lines. Every job is covered, regardless of the distance.

We take every precaution to make sure it does not happen. Everything is wrapped before it moves, floors and walls are protected throughout, and we treat every item as if there is no margin for error. In the rare event that something is damaged, we are fully insured and we deal with it directly. No runaround.

That is for our clients to say. What we can tell you is that we have 189 five-star reviews built one job at a time over eight years of moving homes and estates in this valley. We are locally owned, fully licensed and insured, and every job is done by our crew. We will let the reviews speak for themselves.

How it Works

What happens on moving day?

We arrive with the right crew size and the right equipment for your specific job. Floor runners go down before the first item moves. Everything gets wrapped before it leaves the house. We work through the job systematically, communicate with you throughout, and do not consider it done until everything is placed where it belongs and you are happy with the result.

The more access we have the smoother the day runs. Clear pathways through the home where possible, let us know about any fragile or high-value items in advance, and make sure parking or access for the truck is confirmed ahead of time. If you have a property manager or contractor involved, give us their contact details before the day starts.

The more detail you can give us the more accurate the quote will be. Useful information includes the size of the property, any specialty or oversized items, access details like steep driveways or gated entry, the move date, and whether you need packing, unpacking, or storage as part of the job. Call us at (307) 699-3094 and we will walk through it with you.

Every quote is based on the specific details of your job. Property size, distance, crew requirements, specialty items, access challenges, and any additional services like packing or storage all factor in. We do not use generic pricing templates. Call us and we will give you an accurate quote based on what your move actually requires.

Call us at (307) 699-3094 or fill out the quote form on this website. Martin or Amrah will pick up, talk through the details of your move, and give you a straight answer on pricing and availability. No obligation, no runaround.

This is what we do every day. Steep driveways, narrow canyon roads, gated communities with timed access windows. We know which jobs need a Gradall lift and which approaches need planning before the truck arrives. If a job has an access challenge, we have probably dealt with it before.
